Does the registered service URL have to be identical to the shop URL?

In the Findologic customer account, it is possible to change the entered URL to the search service. You can do this in the menu item Settings -> Import/Export by editing the URL field.

This URL is used by the following Findologic functions:

  • Smart Suggest
  • Data reconciliation

If the registered URL is not identical with the URL used in the shop, the functionality of Smart Suggest or the data comparison may be impaired.
